Minecraft will launch, but crash immediately after loading the area. I was able to play perfectly prior to the 1.9 launch. I have no mods installed. I have updated and reinstalled all drivers for Java, NVIDIA and removed and reinstalled Minecraft - no change.
(When in the game menu, the UI appeared different and did not display the version of my saved game, only "unknown". I moved the save and new games do not show as unknown version.)
