Lag no matter what

      I have lag on 1.9, as in 0FPS, no matter how much ram I allocate, or how many settings I bring down to improve performance. This includes my 8GB Ram laptop, and my 16GB "Mega" PC. Also at times enemies spawn on peaceful??
