      Problem: Sand floats in air after placing on top of Peony and punching out Peony

      What I expected: Sand to fall after punching peony flower

      Steps to reproduce
      1-launch Minecraft 1.9
      2-Create new world/open new 1.9 world
      3-Place Peony on grass
      4-place sand on top of Peony
      5-punch Peony
