I was playing with some friends on a server running pre 4. When we were all in the end and teleported to each other, some of us were invisible to the other players. I am not sure if it's related to teleporting or if it's related to entering the end (or something else). Relogging seemed to fix the issue. We could still hear sounds of the invisible players, but could not see their skins or names.
