Exiting a world then entering another

Usually, you can exit a world and go into another one without error.

Whenever I exit a world and enter another, I believe it creates a visual error where a single chunk is displayed everywhere, as seen in the attachment.
A restart of the game fixes the error, but it happens again if you exit and go into another.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into a Singleplayer World (Not sure if Multiplayer has this too).
2. Exit said world.
3. Join another Singleplayer World.
