When you are crafting something and use a hotbarkey to place the crafted item in that slot, when that slot is already occupied by an item (lets name that, "old" item) I am unable to replace the "old" item with the crafted one, I am only able to place it in empty slots.
Thank you for your time and I'm sorry if this was already posted.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place valid recipe contents in crafting grid
- in 1.8.9
- Pressing hotbarkey of item same as crafted item will add the item to the hotbar
- Pressing hotbarkey other item as crafted item will swap empty hotbar slot with occupied and place crafted item to the hotbar
- Pressing hotbarkey on empty slot places item there
- in 1.9-pre4
Pressing hotbarkey of item same as crafted item will add the item to the hotbar(No longer works)Pressing hotbarkey other item as crafted item will swap empty hotbar slot with occupied and place crafted item to the hotbar(No longer works)- Pressing hotbarkey on empty slot places item there (Still working)

MC-93164 Using a hotkey on items in inventory slots you can't insert items into (e.g. Crafting table output) only works if slot is empty
