The world in front of me will be rendered, then as I move forward towards it parts of the world will no longer render.
Sometimes the world will also not render as you move forwards to begin with.

The unrendered chunks are in big long rows that start from your view and go off towards the horizon. I took a screenshot of it in creative with a render distance of 12 chunks. It does not appear to be an issue with performance or inability to load the chunks.

After further investigation it appears movement with the Elytra increases the frequency of this problem. I now am lead to believe this problem may be caused by de-synchronization of player location. Even without the Elytra whenever this bug happens I glitch ahead, sometimes appearing as though I have been teleported into a tree or somewhere near the render error. The same goes for when I get off the Elytra some chunks are not being rendered and I am displaced in position.

      1. The chunks are loaded
      2. The chunks are unloaded again all in a few milliseconds.
      3. You can stand in these unloaded chunks and break/place blocks.
      4. The chunks will be loaded if you stand in them and move around or look towards it at a certain angle.
