arrow entities seem to "Glow"

    • im using java 8.60, comparing 1.9 pre3 and 1.8.9. i am using windows 10 and this is on a local hosted game. this bug also apears on multiplayer.

      i seem to find that arrows textures are not affected by the lighting in the area. the arrows which are "glowing" are from 1.9 pre3 and the ones that are not glowing are from 1.8.9 unmodified vanilla. it doesn't seem this is intended but i could be wrong.
