Redstone dust is flipped vertically on one axes, but not on the other one. This wasn't like this before (1.8.9), it started happening in 1.9. This is very annoying for redstoners. It might look like just a small glitch, but if you've worked with redstone for a long time, you can see the difference for the first time.
