The container GUI for a storage minecart displays with the title "container.minecart". The game doesn't correctly translate it, probably because the language files have not been updated to match a change in the name of the container in code.
This applies to all languages (tested 3 at random and EN_US, so probably).

To replicate:
Create a new world in creative mode
Place a rail and a storage minecart on top of it
Right click on the storage minecart and read the title of the GUI
