When flying with Elytra in creative mode and opening inventory, shown character goes outside the black rectangle, eg. while flying down. It doesn't look well.
To me, flying player should not be able to open inventory. It's rather easy to imagine that it would be hard to do. If you consider it a bug, I hope you will find a good solution to fix this.
