On a server I host, in the spawn, there is a command block I use for detecting when someone is sneaking. The command is
/execute @a[score_sneaking_min=1] ~ ~ ~ /setblock -388 50 196 redstone_block
and it is in the spawn chunks.
When I sneak from the nether, the command is not activating. In the picture, the clock in the back is activating the line of command blocks with signs on them. In the sneak command block is the command I mentioned earlier. This replaces the stained_glass to the right of that command block to a redstone_block, which activates the chain of commands leading from it, applying potion effects to whoever has the sneak score, resetting the sneak score, than setting the redstone_block back to blue stained_glass.
When I'm in the nether however, the redstone_block is not being placed. When my friend that is in the over world does it however, it will than activate.
If anyone needs a better understanding of what is wrong, feel free to join the server (randomggames.mcpro.co) asking to see the redstone bug (I'm RandomGgames in gold, if I'm on..) and I can run you through how it works and explain the issue over. If server ip's are not allowed to be displayed, I apologize in advance.
