When ctrl + middle mous button on commandblock the conditional value wasn't on the command block i became in my inventory.

What I expected to happen was...:
that it is on conditional

What actually happened was...:
that it was on unconditional

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place commandblock
2. put it on conditional
3. take it with ctrl + middle mouse button
4. place it
5. see that it isn't on conditonal
