I used this command to make a sign with a player's name on it:
/setblock ~2 ~ ~ minecraft:standing_sign 4 replace {Text2:"[{\"selector\":\"@p\"},{\"text\":\"'s\"}]",Text3:"[{\"text\":\"House\"}]"}
When another player tries to join, they get kicked with the error included in the screenshot.
