You can activate another End portal within the z-axis of 40000000 in the Outer End (where the chorus flower grows), but it appears to be blurry and distorted. You can enter it, but there will be the ending credits, and it appears that you cannot enter the End again until you reboot your world, but the end credits still keep appearing, even if you press ESC.
