Summoned shulkers aren't instantly aligned to block grid

      Spawning a shulker via the /summon command causes the shulker to not be aligned to the block grid for a tick.

      To reproduce

      1. Stand on the ground
      2. /summon Shulker ~ ~ ~
      3. Watch closely to see the issue
