Boss health showing when exiting and loading into another saved world

      I was fighting the enderdragon in creative mode... i exited to the main menu then i loaded up another world (not the one i was fighting the enderdragon in) and the boss health bar still showed for a little bit in the other save, but dissappeared a short time after moving..
