Mobs can not use boats cause the dual wielding, neither shields or typed arrows(typed arrow affect only skeletons). What about making Archer zombie?
When mobs are on boats they can not control the boat, the don't have dual wielding like players. The zombie in the image just is looking to his right even if the player is on other direction.
I summon a boat with passenger zombie and I tried to make him to attack me or follow me using the boat but he can't. Mobs are not able to control boats
