It is extremely rare, but sometimes I encounter a completely glitched out and frozen skeleton (armor or no armor). it does not move or seem to attack or interact with the world around it. When I broke the blocks under neath it the skeleton did not fall. I attacked it with a sword and other tools and it took no damage. The only way I could kill it was through TNT.
