I was checking out the lingering potions when I noticed that their particles turned blue when they were in front of water the particles off of my player also changed

Steps:

1. obtain a lingering potion or give yourself an effect.

2. throw the potion or go into third person and angle your view of the particles to be between the water and yourself. They will be blue
