I just updated my skin so it is a Christmas skin with a hat and a sweater. I normally have a skin where I can take my clothes off and there has been no problem. Now the right pants wont show up and only the underlayer does. I dont know why.

The skin editor I use 9NovaSkin) sees it correctly and renders it correctly. When I search up my skin with my username on any other website it still shows it correctly.
