While in the process of building a building, I tried to make a fancy torch holder with item frames, torches and anvils by placing the anvil into the item frame and placing a torch on the block the anvil is on to make it look like the anvil is a torch holder on the wall and I miss-clicked and placed the anvil on the same block as the torch and it made the anvil replace the torch and the anvil fell without leaving behind some form of torch item entity
