Server Crash - Powered rail + Hopper + Comparator loop

      Powered rail sitting on top of a hopper, using a comparator attached to the hopper to unpower the rail when a full cart rolls in (and to send the empty carts back) now crashes the server.

      This issue doesn't behave the same way on singleplayer for me.
