I was making a witch farm that worked in previous snapshots (it was designed by xisumavoid if that helps recreate the scenario) when after a witch dropped and died the water pushing them was still there. I went to check and saw the following issue (please note that the hopper in the middle of the picture has an item in it and is not transfering items)
