When I was on my server, I wanted to splash my self night vision, but apparently the splash potion that I threw looked like a awkard potion. Which is the potion that has no effects. Same goes for lingering potions. So when I did threw the potion on the ground of where I was standing,which I didn't receive the corresponding effects at all.
