Minecart Freezing

      So when riding in a Mine cart on any kind of Rail it'll randomly freeze when you ride. Also Chunks seem to not wanna load. Mine carts will not move when they freeze and permanently keep you in the mine cart
      You can fix this only enough to let you out of the Cart
      Just relog/Quit and Reload theworld
