Problem: Enchanting of fishingrods

So today I tried enchanting a fishing rod. I had 1 lvl and I looked at the different enchants. Because I only had 1 lvl I can of course only choose the first one.
The second and third enchant seemed all normal (the one that require 2 & 3 lapiz) but the first one didnt give a hint of what enchantment I was going to get. I decided to click it anyway and I lost my lvl and 1 lapis as the enchantment was succesfull. But I didnt get an enchant. It was still just a standard fishingrod without any glowing. I dont know if this only occurs on fishingrod, but someone should take a look at it
