This is an intermittent fault, but basically when you stand on a pressure plate, it remains depressed and dosent release untill such time as the server restarts OR you replace the plate. Often after a server restart(Every 3hrs for me) the plate will function normally for an undetermined amount of time before the issue then occurs again
