When fired a firecharge from a dispenser,the new enderdragon-fireball will be created and when it lands on the ground (or hits something),dragon breath particles will be created.(They do approx. 3hearts damage/2 seconds)
In the overworld it's not possible to harvest the dragon breath,but I didn't test it in The End.
