When I'm in a boat, and I sail, there is water in the boat. also, if i sail in lava, the boat doesn't get destroyed.

What I expected to happen was that there wouldn't be any water or lava in the boat and that my boat would get destroyed if it got contact with lava.

Steps to Reproduce:
1 Just put your boat in the water
2 Sail towards lava (stone beach biome)
3 Sail in the lava.
