Comparators don't reset their signal from a chest/hopper/etc. when updated via the B input.

I have a wire where a signal feeds into a comparator's B input side on a button press. When the signal from the button ends, the comparator doesn't receive the signal from the chest sitting at its A input side. The only way to get the signal working again is by replacing the comparator/chest.
