Teleporting to the nether trough a nether portal does not create a nether portal in the nether.

I build a nether portal and went into the nether.

As I spawned there, I fell down in lava, and there was no nether portal at the place i fell from. I didn't found it after a quick search either.

Reproduce:
1. build a nether portal and use it
2. search the nether portal in the nether - you won't find it
