When a Dispenser fires a Fire charge, it comes out as a Dragon Fireball

I expected the Dispenser to fire the same projectile a Blaze does.

What actually happened is the Dispenser fired a "Dragon Fireball"

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a Dispenser (biome does not matter [if it does then try plains])
2. Put the desired amount of fire charges in it (I filled every slot)
3. Fire the Dispenser. A Dragon Fireball should now come out.
