Server spams "Player/Vehicle moving too quickly" to the log when players are using Elytra/Boats or flying at Spectator max. speed

      When in spectator mode, in a server, when you scroll to increase your speed to a certain level, you'll tp back and a server message pops up:

      PLAYER moved too quickly!

      Steps to reproduce:

      • go to spectator mode
      • scroll all the way up to increase your flying speed
      • fly as fast as you can and see yourself get teleported back

      Also appears to happen when sprint flying in creative ~fixed
