      Lack of mobs animation for gliding with elytra
      to reproduce:
      /summon Skeleton
      /replaceitem entity @e[type=!Player,r=3] slot.armor.chest minecraft:elytra
      /tp @e[type=!Player,r=3] ~ ~60 ~

      Skeleton will glide forward, but will not rotate the body forward.
