      Description

      What I expected to happen was...:
      to catch an enchanted book after a while that had enchantments.

      What actually happened was...:
      the enchanted books caught all have no enchantments. They're still marked as enchanted books though

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Fish
      2. Catch an Enchanted book
      3. Be sad
