What actually happened was...:

If the player gets killed, item_frames are disappearing from blocks.

When I reloaded the world, the item_frames are reappeared

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put a item_frame on a block

2. get killed by the command: /kill or fall from a high place

3. now the item_frame on the wall is invisible
