      What I expected to happen was...:
      That the tnt was going to ignite

      What actually happened was...:
      Tnt stayed right there and didn't ignite
      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. I placed tnt on the ground
      2. Put redstone torch next to it
      3. didn't ignite
