Usually when I load Minecraft it shows the Mojang logo and continues to the title screen. Recently, it's begun freezing and crashing when I open it (Minecraft itself, not the launcher) and a dialog box pops up showing:
(Java something-or-other) has stopped working
Windows is looking for a solution...

I checked the launcher log and found a report that I pasted into an attached file.
