Creating a map in creative mode does not fill it completely

      I am sorry if this is a duplicate, I could not find any report about this.

      Relates to:

      When you right click a map in creative mode it used to fill the complete map. However this is not the case anymore, instead it just fills the position where you are like it is in survival mode.
