The doors in the stronghold should have already been rendered.

When I walk through a stronghold, I see a 1x2 opening and try to walk through, but can't. I destroy the blocks around it and walk around the 'opening'. Later, I accidentally right-click on the 'opening' and a door appears and opens.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find stronghold
2. Walk inside
3. Attempt to walk through 'opening' (be aware, it may be a real opening, so try a few different ones)
4. right click on the 'opening' to reveal a door.
