When i try to throw a potion while i'm near a ArmorStand, the potion will 'splash' immediately.
Even if i look away from the ArmorStand.
Works with other Entitys ,too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place ArmorStand
2. take potion
3. stand next to the ArmorStand (radius ~ 1 block)
4. throw the potion
