      If a map is zoomed in, the center of the zoomed in map lies always in in the south east corner of the previous map.
      Since the center of the 1:4 map canĀ“t be chosen freely on creation, it is only possible to create 1:1 maps for 1 out of 16 chunks.

      How to recreate.
      1) Get an empty map
      2) Activate map with right click
      3) Zoom in using shears
