Upon teleporting a player relatively, the player's display flickers and their hand jitters. I'm pretty sure this is an unintended behavior.

I believe this was fixed in 14w02a and worked all the way through 14w30c. Then the issue came back in 14w31a, probably due to changes in rendering.
