What I expected to happen was...:
I expected the shield to block the effects from the potion arrows, because the arrow doesn't hit you but is blocked by the shield.

What actually happened was...:
I blocked the arrow with my shield, but still got the effect of it.

Steps to Reproduce:
Just grab a shield and a friend and let him shoot you with all kinds of arrows.
