I found a skeleton dungeon. In one of the chests there was an enchanted book. The book still had the purple glowing animation but had no enchantment on it. It wouldn't let me put it on any items in the anvil. the issue has already been reported for 15w33b and marked resolved. Now i found it in 15w33c.
