Splash Potions have incorrect time value

For Example :

• "Strength 8:00" give you "Strength 7:00"
• "Regeneration 1:30" give you "Regeneration 1:20"
• "Regeneration 0:45" give you "Regeneration 0:40"

PS: I threw potions in a hole of 1 x 2
