A Peony appears for a split second when you break the bottom block of a double tall plant.

      Every time you break the bottom of a double tall plant, like a rose for example, a Peony appears for a split second. This bug has been reported in 1.7/1.8 before, and now 1.9 has had it's third snapshot (15w32b), and it still has not been fixed.
