      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Go to the end in creative.
      2. Go into survival mode
      3. shoot an arrow while the ender dragon is at the unactivated end portal
      4. go back into creative and shoot the arrow at the ender dragon again
      5, this should at least cause some lag
