The shift-double-click feature, introduced in snapshot 13W01A, has been broken since 13W02A

What I expected to happen was...:
All of the items in the same type within the area should move as if shift-clicked.

What actually happened was...:
Only the stack of items clicked on moved (just like regular shift-click)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just try to use the shift-double-click feature introduced in 13W01A. It has been broken in all snapshots and all situations since then as far as I can tell.
